Yes- we supply many other cosmetic and non cosmetic items. Please e-mail with the product you require if can’t find it on the web site.

What is the minimum quantity ?

What's your policy on animal testing? 

We do not test our products or any ingredients on any animals.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our natural ingredient products have a shelf life of between 18-24 months depending upon how and where they are stored. It’s a safer option to only purchase what you’ll give away or intend to use within an 18 month window. Other products have a shelf life of between 2-5 years.

How can you guarantee I’ll be happy with the product?.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and impressed with our service!  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace, credit, or refund your order. Contact us immediately about any quality or service issues you may have.

What are the artwork requirements?

We prefer your artwork in Vector art. It is created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as, EPS or AI. This outline drawing enables our graphics department to resize artwork without distortion or loss of detail, for imprinting purposes.

Do you prepare the artwork for the client?
Artwork proofs are supplied at no additional cost. No production begins unless artwork is signed off so any necessary changes can be made at this stage. We would look for your approval prior to any production run.

Do I receive a proof of the artwork prior to production?

Yes- To guarantee complete satisfaction, artwork is provided and approved by free "e-mail proof visuals"

Do you offer physical pre-production samples?
Yes- we can also provide a single "physical custom label" prior to full production if required, providing in hand- deadlines permit. There is a $50.00 USD / £30.00 charge for pre production samples.

Do you offer custom flavors/colors ? Yes- we offer customized flavors from 2,500 units and above depending upon the product. Please inquire for more info.

Do you charge a set up fee?

Yes - Set up fees are charged on most items, covering the machine set up etc..

How do you ship and what is the cost?
Products are usually shipped by UPS or FedEx. Shipping quote provided prior to placing an order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

US orders are ready to ship approx 7-10 business working days from artwork approval. Check individual product pages for full details. Canadian orders ready to ship 15 business working days from artwork approval.

Can you supply Rush Jobs?

Rush Jobs are available depending upon deadline and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Can I cancel an order?

Should you change your mind for any reason; cancellations can be accepted without penalty up to the point of artwork approval. After this point, cancellation charges will apply. The charges depend upon what costs have been incurred at the time and are based on individual orders.
